    Following a change of workwear supplier, not only are all D.O.G employees in production and engineering delighted with the increased comfort and functionality, but so too is the fantastic initiative “Der Hafen hilft! e.V.” (The Port Helps!).     Laboratory team delighted with new flash point meter.
    To further optimize our analytical procedures and increase laboratory safety and efficiency, a new flash point meter was recently put into operation. The modern device enables a more precise determination of the flash point of liquids according to DIN ISO 2592 than before. The colleagues around TobiasBecker, Head of R&D, particularly appreciate the automated processes and intuitive operation, which significantly simplify and speed up the measuring process.

    You need - we do: D.O.LUBE products with 16% sulphur content
    The production process for light-colored, neutral-smelling sulfur carriers sounds simpler than it is. The base fluid / rapeseed oil is placed in a reactor, mixed with elemental sulphur and gently heated. The way the process is carried out makes all the difference and ensures the high quality. Gaseous hydrogen sulphide is added under pressure, resulting in a sulphur content of 16-18% in our sulphurized ester. The reactor then still contains gaseous hydrogen sulphide, which is toxic and flammable.…
