    Responsibility for the entire supply chain

    In almost 70 countries, chemical associations have issued national programs for Responsible Care. The substance of this initiative and its six fields of responsibility are central principles in our sustainable corporate management.

    Developed in Canada in 1984, the Responsible Care initiative has been adopted in many countries throughout the world, as well as by the European Association of Chemical Distributors. The guiding principles of Responsible Care are defined in six fields of responsibility and are implemented by numerous companies.

     

    It is about environmental protection, responsibility for products, workplace health & safety standards, facility safety, risk reduction, transportation safety, and about dialogue as an important instrument for building trust and acceptance.

    Responsible Care was first implemented in Germany in 1991. Since then, D.O.G has gladly taken part, because in our own vision of good company culture, we strongly believe in protecting the health and safety of people and the environment, as well as values such as prevention and transparency.
