Vulcanization Chemicals
For almost three decades, DOG-Chemie is intensively involved in vulcanization chemicals. Resulting from the phosphorus chemistry which is conducted at the site in Hamburg, a range of zincalkyldithiophosphates (ZDTP) is offered, which is used in the rubber and lubricant industry.
The rubber industry uses ZDTPs as accelerators for vulcanization processes, if the formation of dangerous nitrosamines needs to be avoided.
Single Accelerator Preparations and Accelerator Blends
DOG-Chemie offers ZDTPs as dry liquids (e.g. Deovulc TP4-75) as well as active component in accelerator blends (e.g. Deovulc BG 187). Furthermore DOG-Chemie's product range includes other single accelerator preparations and conventional accelerator blends, which will not bloom nor stain if dosed within recommendations. Deosulf Sulphur preparations, the inorganic pH-stabilisator Deomag and the vulcanization stabilizer Deostab are completing the product range.
