The amino group of Deolink Amino TE can react with various polymers. Therefore Deolink Amino TE is used for surface coatings and sealing materials as well as for polymer compounds.
If used in resins reinforced with aluminium trihydroxide (ATH), Deolink Amino TE can increase the mechanical properties of the finished article and extrudates. The dispersion of inorganic fillers in the polymer matrix can also be substantially increased.
Deolink Amino TE is a functional coupling agent, which can be used in various applications to improve the bonding between the inorganic substrate or filler and the organic polymer.
Due to the incorporation into a polymer-/wax-matrix the silane is perfectly protected against moisture attack.

Deolink Methacryl TM-100 reacts with polyesters, polyurethanes and acrylic resins. The trimethoxy-silyl group condenses with the hydroxyl–groups / other reactive groups of various substrates and links them to the polymer.
Deolink Methacryl TM-100 can also be used as copolymer with acrylic- or meth-acrylic monomers for coatings and adhesives.

Deolink MX-100 is mainly used for rubber articles with active white fillers, e.g. shoe soles, industrial rollers, conveyer belts and industrial floor coverings.
Deolink MX-100 is an alternative to mercaptosilanes which often cannot be used because of their unpleasant smell. Deolink MX-100 reacts with the silica filler already during the mixing process. Because of its bifunctionality it forms a chemical bond between the filler and the rubber molecule at cure temperature.

Deolink TESPT-100 is used to improve tensile strength, modulus and abrasion of the vulcanizates in all commonly used elastomers. Deolink TESPT-100 should be dosed into the internal mixer together with the filler. Best results are obtained at elevated temperatures of about 120 - 140 °C.

Deolink VH-100 is used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds like cable covering, as it acts as a coupling agent between rubber and silica or other filler containing hydroxyl groups.
In contrast to conventional Tris(2-methoxyethoxy)vinylsilane, which can develop methoxyethanol from the active substance, Deolink VH-100 does not form any methoxyethanol.
