Deolink Epoxy TE

Deolink Epoxy TE is labelled as „harmful“ (Xn) according to EC directives.

With the epoxy functional groups Deolink Epoxy TE is able to react with various polymers and can be used in applications like coating, sealants and compounds.
The adhesion of coatings to the substrate can be significantly improved with Deolink Epoxy TE.
Furthermore the mechanical properties of polymers containing white filler can be increased. Deolink Epoxy TE is able to improve the dispersion of mineral fillers in a polymer matrix. Because Deolink Epoxy TE does not contain any discolouring ingredients it can be used in light coloured polymers.
Deolink Epoxy TE does not contain, not produce any toxic by products like methanol. With the incorporation in a polymer wax matrix the silane is well protected against humidity.

Deolink MX

Deolink MX is a bifunctional sulphur silane providing a white active filler-rubber coupling. Deolink MX contains a hindered mercapto group and can be used as an alternative to conventional mercaptosilanes.

Deolink TESPT

Deolink TESPT [Bis(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfane] is used to improve the physical properties of sulphur cured compounds and to establish the chemical link between rubber and silica or other active white fillers. Mechanical properties, e.g. modulus, compression set, tensile strength and abrasion resistance can be significantly improved by the usage of Deolink TESPT.

Deolink VH

Deolink VH is used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds like cable covering, as it acts as a coupling agent between rubber and silica or other filler containing hydroxyl groups.

Deolink Vinyl

Deolink Vinyl is used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds like cable covering, as it acts as a coupling agent between rubber and silica or other filler containing hydroxyl groups. Compared to compounds without silanes the electrical properties are improved by Deolink Vinyl.
