Highly effective sulphenamide accelerator of dithiocarbamyl type as non-dusting soft granules. For rubber compounds with high requirements on reversion stability, very good resistance against oxidation and low compression set due to formation of short sulphur cross-links.

Deovulc TBzTD-80 is a fast accelerator which due to itsbenzyl-groups does not produce cancerogenic nitrosamines. For nitrosamine-safe vulcanizates made of conventional diene-rubber or EPDM. Deovulc TBzTD-80 may also be combinated with other common accelerators, and can be used as well for semi-efficient vulcanization.

Vulcanization activator, mainly for natural rubber
Deovulc ZO - Technical Datasheet
(PDF - 34 KB)
Deovulc ZO DL acts as an activator at the vulcanization of natural rubber, specifically in EV-systems. Due to the resulting higher cross-link concentration, compression set and dynamic properties, as well as reversion stability are improved.
Deovulc ZO DL is added together with the filler, and can partly or fully replace stearic acid. It may also be used in dien-rubber other than natural rubber, except CR.
Deovulc ZO DL ia a dry-liquid of 67 % Deovulc ZO. Unsuitable for CR.
