Accelerator Blends mainly for EPDM

The Deovulc grades are balanced accelerator blends for rubber articles, which must not show any blooming or staining effects.

Deovulc accelerator blends are classified as hazardous materials according to EEC directives. For more detailed information please refer to our MSDS.

Deovulc BG 273

For nitrosamine-free vulcanized articles (mainly EPDM) which have to be non-blooming and non-staining*. The advantage of Deovulc BG 273 is high-speed acceleration, good heat resistance and improved compression set.
Deovulc BG 273 is suitable for all common processing techniques as e.g. extrusion or injection moulding.

For use in continuous (pressureless) vulcanization we recommend additional use of Deostab.
