Zinc-free Dispersing Agents
Deoflow A,AM and D are mixtures of fatty alcohols and fatty acid esters. They have dispersing effects on fillers and improve the flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds.
Deoflow S consists of calcium salts of saturated fatty acids and amides and acts as a lubricant and Dispersing Agent. The demoulding properties of vulcanizates are improved.

Deoflow 821
Deoflow 821 (Pentaerythritol-tetrastearate) has proven to be an excellent mould release agent. It is effective against mill sticking and shows a positive influence on flow and release properties in the injection moulding process.

Deoflow AM

Deoflow Z
Universial processing additive for rubber compounds based on EPDM, NR, SBR and CR, in which zinc-containing processing additives could cause interferences, as well as for complex mouldings. Deoflow Z acts as lubricant and dispersing agent. Deoflow Z improves the flow properties of the compounds and the release of the vulcanizates.
Application
An optimum dispersing effect is obtained if Deoflow Z is added at the beginning of the mixing cycle. Sticking of the compounds to the mixing units is also reduced. To obtain the best release effect, Deoflow Z should be added at the end of the mixing cycle or during warming up of the finished compounds.
