Emulsion based Dispersing Agent

Deosol H facilitates the processing of rubber compounds during calendering and extrusion. Especially in NBR compounds, the use of Deosol H leads to improved flow properties and better mould filling. Furthermore, the compression set and the abrasion will be improved. Additional benefits of Deosol H are the improved dispersion of carbon black and light filler, as well as a smoother surface of vulcanizates. The mixing process runs easier and the risk of scorch is reduced.
