Deogum 80 is a composition of fatty acid derivates and alcohols combined with lubricants. It acts as a multipurpose Processing Additive which can be used in a broad range of elastomers. In peroxide cross-linked EPDM-compounds, lower mould fouling and improved release effects are observed.
Deogum 294 is an organosilicone compound combined with organic lubricants. It facilitates the processing of special elastomers like FPM, HNBR, ACN and ECO. Deogum 294 eases the mould release and improves flow properties.

Processing additivefor special elastomers
Deogum 194 facilitates the processing of special elastomers as HNBR, ACM or ECO. Flow properties and mould-filling are improved by reduced a Mooney-viscosity. Deogum 194 especially eases the release respectively the de-moulding properties. The organosilicone component in Deogum 194 is compatible with the elastomer and provides flow and release properties without the difficulties of a conventional silicone oil or silicone based additive.
