Peptizing Agents

All Dispergum-Peptizers are not classified as hazardous materials, as they do not contain Dibenzoylamidodiphenyldisulphide (DBD) or Pentachlorthiophenole (PCTP).

Dispergum 24

Dispergum 24 consists of an oxidation catalyst combined with zinc salts of defined fatty acids. Due to the light brown colour, Dispergum 24 is also suitable for the use in light coloured articles.

Dispergum 36

Dispergum 36 is based on a highly active oxidation catalyst, combined with other organic and inorganic additives. Dispergum 36 is dispersed homogenously and leads to excellent mastication results, even at low dosages.

Dispergum 40

Dispergum 40 has been designed as a zinc-free Peptizing Agent. Due to its unique carrier system, the oxidation catalyst works rapidly and gives excellent mastication results.
