AW Anti-Wear-Additives

AW-Additives are active substances which reduce the wear in friction areas. This effect is achieved by the formation of the phosphor- and sulphur-bonds with the metal ions on the surface of the work-piece. In addition to the anti-wear properties, the Deophos products provide a protective effect against corrosion and oxidation.

The Deophis products show their effectiveness even in small dosages, when combined with DeoAdd EP-Additives. Deophos additives can be used in a large variety of industrial lubricants, greases and metalworking oils.
